Does anyone have suggestions for easily portable healthy food lunches?
I'm looking for something more substantial than just "almonds" or "yogurt".

I was pretty fond of left-overs from dinner the night before.
Sandwiches (of course).
Apple and peanut butter (for dipping the apple into).0 -

I love burritos! You can change it up from chicken salad to tuna to veggie.0

I appreciate the responses but a lot of them (not all) seem a lot more like snack food and I'm looking for something more meal based. I'm the type of person that feels famished if I don't eat something substantial.
I'm going to do a chicken stir fry for the week, but I as looking for a few other ideas too.0
