Hey there, I'm new here, Delilah told me about the sight. I'm mostly hoping to get healthier, and trying to learn healthier habits as I have not been taught them so far. I'm not looking to get down to a certain weight, or size (at least thats what I'm telling myself) but I want to be healthier. There is too much that I want to do to be stuck in this body. I'm looking for as much support as I can get, and would like to make many friends.

Thanks for all the replies, allready much more support than I've found on other sites. The girl in my picture is not mine, sadly. She is one of the amazing kids I met during a volunteer trip to South America and I miss her with all my heart.

I am slowly lurking around the site getting more and more ideas from everyone.

we all lose our inner godess she gets swallowed i believe lo then she resurfaces the important thing is that a glimpse of her still shines thru here u can count on suppport on days when u dont wanna keep pushin best of luck

Hi Elena, I am fairly new here too. Good luck with the healthier eating habits. I am changing my habits slowly and I have been rewarded with some weight loss. This is a great site to be on!
