High calorie goals

Does anyone have any examples of 2800 - 3000 calorie diets that don't include junk. Having a hard time eating as much as I should without resorting to pizza and other crap. Thanks.

Love it. Though I've been drinking skim for years since that's what my ex liked. That would be an easy switch.0 -

What about...
peanut butter, olive oil, eggs, butter (not the substitutes), avocado oil, protein powders, granola bars (like Nature Valley), protein bars, oatmeal, potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, breads, pastas, rice, cheese, milk, meats, no low calorie condiments/snacks, etc. Maybe include some ice cream0 -

Whole milk (raw if you can get it!), pastured organic butter and coconut oil (just a few tablespoons a day will set you back 360 cals-- and it's incredibly healthy, energy-giving food). High cal, high nutrition!
Oh, and cheese. Preferably organic-- maybe even raw milk cheese (Organic Valley makes fabulous raw milk cheddar). And... nuts! Macadamia nuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans-- high cal, high nutrition.0 -
