30 day shred by Jillian Michaels

Hi all! Anyone know how I should record this in my Exercise? I have no idea how many calories I burn or how to record it. Any suggestions would be great!

    You can log it as general circuit training. There is a website that pretty accurately helps you determine how many cals you are burring, but the best way is with a HRM. I was shocked to see how few calories I was really buring with 30day shred. I forget the name of the site. I'll find it and post back (or maybe someone else will already LOL :) )

    I think that the best way to figure out how many calories you are burning is getting a HRM, i noticed once i got mine I worked harder to see the number go up. Also it depends on your weight and age and so everyone will come up differently
