Dr. Ian Smith's Shred

I just purchased this book and I am so excited to get started! I have about 15-20 pounds left to lose.

I understand how to eat clean and the concept of diet & muscle confusion. But has anyone had decent results by following one of the days from week one's sample meal plan for the whole week, then a day from the second weeks plan for the whole second week, the same goes for week 3,4,5 & 6. ....I plan to vary my day by day meal slightly.... But I live alone and want to avoid food spoilage and a very expensive week at the grocery. I appreciate your feedback!!

    I have read about it, but I hear its just a fad diet like the Fat Smash Diet was. I am not sure, but just based off what I have read in the reviews on this diet. I did the Fat Smash and if you follow the way he has it in the book, it can get costly. If you do it, let me know how it went for you. I am curious. I do not know anyone else on it, but Steve Harvey and that is on television of course. Good Luck!
