Any exercises you enjoy doing that you basically did when you were a teenager?
Me. I love roller blading and hacky sack. Hacky Sack not only gets your heart rate up, but improves your coordination significantly.
How about you all?

Running. Been running for as long as I can remember, became a star sprinter by happenstance in school, love to run, but taking a break from it till it gets warm outside.0

Hacky sack (aka footbag) is the greatest. You can kick anywhere and it doesnt take much space...and yes its great exercise and agility training.
The hardest part is finding someone to kick with.
Regarding skating...i take my kid strollerblading while he's still small enough. Great workout!
