Tonight on the Biggest Loser, they brought up talking to friends about their weight/nutrition/fitness. I always thought that you shouldn't bring it up, although you should support friends if they bring it up. What does everyone else think?

Your fat friends know they are fat. Pointing is out likely won't go well. Unless you're really close and that's the type of thing you'd normally discuss.

Yeah, that's what I've figured (and always done) The exception (in my opinion) might be family, especially parents, siblings, and children. I was really shocked that they were advocating it so heavily!
