20 Y.O. and finally getting serious about my health

I'm a 20 year old college student from NC, currently weighing 219 pounds.
Last summer, I weighed 236 pounds. I don't really think I look my weight because I am very broad shouldered and unless I turn to the side my stomach doesn't look incredibly huge. But I have fatty thighs, love handles, and a hideous butt. My appearances aren't my main concern though, I'm worried about my blood pressure which is always a little high when I check it.
So when my Fall semester of college started last year, I decided to stop eating after 9PM since I went to bed at 11PM. I ended up losing 10-11 pounds (around 225-226) fairly quickly and then leveling off. Not a bad start.
Spring 2013 semester of college (current semester). I enrolled in Fitness and Wellness class which helped get me into my schools gym and educated me about how to exercise. Spontaneously, I remembered hearing of this app via my iPad and decided to give calorie counting a try. If I had known how easy it was I would have started months ago! In the month, I have successfully dropped from 225 to 219 by counting calories, exercising at least once a week, and eating no later than 9PM. This has allowed me to eat all of my favorite foods in moderation, and I am pleasantly surprised with the results so far so I will continue my journey.
