Hello everyone! First I would like to say this mobile app and forum are both AMAZING. I quit smoking this past Wednesday and thus began my journey into exercise and fitness. Since then I have walked /jogged an average of 5 miles a day along with a strict diet. Thanks again for all your all's posts. They have been very encouraging. :-)
