I currently eat low carbs and no sugar meals. Ive been extremely stressed out from full time school and working two jobs that sometimes i just want to eat a whole chocolate cake and call it a night! Anyone have any suggestions on what to do when you want to eat when stressed? I've been feeling this way all week and honestly, trying to avoid carbs and sugar adds on to the stress.
