need more motivating friends!

i was doing good, lost 4lbs my first week then week 3 came around and lost motivation little by little and got careless. Im on a 1200 cal. diet i want to lost about 40- ish pounds. even 20 would be awesome. I just had two babies back to back, so the weight is being a pain to lose. any one who wants motivation and give motivation in return feel free to add! I have a busy schedule, Im in school almost full time (its online so a little more convenient) I have a 6 month and 18 month old.. who does not like to take naps and when they do i have to clean...and im lucky if they get to bed before i do so i can work out. (which in most cases is the reason why i may miss my workouts) very complicated to stay on track sometimes.
