Hello All,
So, when Im cooking I love to use alot of spices. I do understand that spices have not calories but sodium. I was trying to figure out how many of you are actually measuring your spices or just seasoning your food for taste. I dont track my spices, but not sure if I dont if I'm cheating myself.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't track my spices, or salt, I just take a mental note, and try to be mindful of my sodium intake. :)

Actually, most spices on their own (that aren't part of a "spice blend" or "seasoning") don't have sodium at all, and all spices do have calories, though it's typically very little. I don't bother tracking either one, but I do only use salt-free seasoning (primarily dried spices on their own) and add the salt myself so I can control it a bit more.
