hiya all im going for a pub lunch im just wondering was the best thing to go for ? as i really dont want to go over. :ohwell: any advice plz x

  • try to find restaurants / pubs that put the calories next to the food. If not I try to opt for something like fish (grilled salmon) on rice as this is relatively low in calories (assuming they don't give you a massive amounts!).

    Salad (dressing on the side), fish, lean white meat, veggies, omelette, jacket potato. If in doubt choose something simple with few ingredients!
