Hi guys,
I've been a member for a while and managed to shift about 24lbs. Me and my fiancée completed insanity. Then christmas come and things slowed. But I managed to maintain.
Now we're getting back on it, I have calculated my BMR and Tdee and with 3 workouts a week its 2551cal.
I am currently running a 1k cal deficit, so eating 1500 cal a day, but what I dont know is do i eat my calories or not because I have already factored them in to my TDEE.
Excuse the grammar , I am using my phone to post this.
Thanks in advance
Jon

I am guessing that you meant to ask if you should be eating your exercise calories.
Since you factored in the exercise to determine the tdee, no, do not eat them back.0 -
Yes apologies, I do didn't convey my question.
Thank you0 -
As long as you're eating at least 1,200 calories, I don't see a problem. If you eat 1,600 on average, you're fine. Personally, I think the fitness section overestimates the amount of calories burned from exercise activity.
I adapt the old method from WeightWatchers: I only count about 1/2 of my exercise calories when I add them to my day. In reality, I count less than half of them. I do not prefer to eat all of those calories back.0
