Doing IB but not losing weight??

I've been doing IB three times a week. That is 2 hours of non-stop running and walking, and generally burns about 1000 calories each time. The first week I did it, I was eating a lot of my exercise calories (but most of it was lollies and stuff), but my weight went up by 2 KG!! In the last week I've cut down on calories and have been having 1200 on rest days and up to 2000 on IB days. I understand that I'm having a lot of salt and carbs and may be retaining a lot of water. But I am starting to feel a bit disheartened by the fact I've not lost any weight in nearly a month (before IB I was limiting myself to 1200 cals per day), so I need help!! XD
