TMI Post : Granola, Cereal, and Bowel Movements

I love granola. I love cereal. I could eat it for every meal.

You know what doesn't love granola or cereal? My body. Kashi can burn in hell. I switched to Cascadian Farms Vanilla Granola. So delicious but the same issue. I keep stepping down to lower fiber cereals and granolas but it doesn't matter. Within 10 minutes of eating them, I become so bloated and gassy. And the amount of diarrhea I then have to deal with the next morning is awful.

However if I don't consume any, I don't go to the bathroom as frequently as I feel I should. And when I do, it's very small amounts. Im a vegetarian as it and consume a probably unhealthy amount of vegetables daily. So I didn't think I could be sensitive to fiber. Or is it the processed fiber that's in cereal?

I'm a morning coffee drinker and even that doesn't get things moving. The only thing that does is cereal. But it's an all or nothing type of deal.

Does anyone have any suggestions or deal with the same thing?
