Y is mfp decreasing my daily calorie intake?

    Did you re-calculate anything? Did you record a gain in weight?

    Did you recently lose weight? When you weigh less your BMR drops which would decrease the number of cals you should eat to lose at the same rate.
  • If you have lost weight, then your body requires less calories to keep you going according to how MFP calculates that figure.
