The diet I'm on requires me to eat a lot of fruit. However, here on My Fitness Pal, my sugar limit always goes over. It makes me feel fat and I don't like it.
Is it okay if my sugar limit goes over if its just because of fruit??
Thanks!

Doesn't really matter if it's coming from fruit or soda, if you have a certain reason to limit sugars, limit it from all sources0 -
Fruit has many nutritional benefits but if you have a reason to limit sugar intake than measure, record and control the amount of fruit. From a quick look at your diary it looks like all's fine0
