Sudden Weight Loss?

Hi everyone. I have been using MFP for over a month now. I have been dedicated sionce the beggining, really tracking my calories and excercise. I made a lifestyle change and expected to see results a bit quicker. I have 60lbs or so to lose and based on what I had seen and read people said that they lost a lot right off the bat and then it evened out. I lost about 5 lbs in month one and now seem to be loosing rapidly (3 lbs in 3 days). Is it possible for it to suddenly be catching up? I have not changed my diet or excercise from the begining.

    this is normal. Weight loss cycles some.

    My weight loss slows down and speeds up. Stops and starts. Jumps and bounces. And then everthing in between.
