yesterday was a rough day at work... one of my co-workers had broken her leg the day before so I was covering for her and trying to do my own stuff as well. It was a long day and I ended up eating 3 donuts along with the nice and healthy lunch and snacks I had brought. I then went to dinner at my boyfriend's house and at a steak, a ton of pasta salad, rolls with butter and a slice and a half of red velvet cake.... OMG I was bad.
today is a new day and I will do better.

Today IS a new day and you CAN do your best because YOU ARE WORTH IT!! Hope your day is great and you get the motivation you need to be PROUD of yourself and your accomplishments!!0

Use a day like yesterday as a learning tool. Identifying why you strayed off the path is huge!! The extra food that you ate is a small price to pay for that valuable information. Next time you expect to be in a similar situation, plan ahead!! Work a "comfort" snack into your day or plan on doing some exercise immediately after to counteract the anxiety that you experienced during the day. And what in the heck was your boyfriend doing with pasta salad and red velvet cake on the menu??0

If you find yourself in the same situation again then just saying no to the pasta or bread roll will make a big difference. Say no to the bread rolls and enjoy the steak!0

put it behind you as you plan already! make today better0

thanks for all the words of support. also - the dinner was a birthday dinner with the bf's family. we had no control over the menu and after working a 12 hour day I was just happy to not have to make dinner.0
