macros and vitamins

i've been doing mfp since last summer and eat more 2 weigh less since beginning of February. Since the beginning of Feb., i am working hard to keep my macros at 40/30/30 as recommended- i notice a lot of people saying that they eat anything and if it fits in their macros, they'll eat it. Of course there is the on-going eat clean debate-
what i find interesting is that i'm a pretty clean eater- i do take in caffeine and alcohol in amounts that many would term 'unhealthy' but i avoid processed foods and eat a diet rich in lentils, beans, etc...this week i took a look at my dietary summaries and realized that i'm barely getting any vitamin C in my diet on a daily basis. I was surprised- but i do avoid acidic fruits as i get canker sores- this is fairly easily remedied by changing my diet to add in some strawberries, tomatoes, or whatever...
do you guys watch vitamins as well as macros?

I take vitamin D, magnesium and calcium daily but I do not log them. I know some people do, though.0
