Bad Things Happen

“Bad things do happen; how I respond to them defines my character and the quality of my life. I can choose to sit in perpetual sadness, immobilized by the gravity of my loss, or I can choose to rise from the pain and treasure the most precious gift I have - life itself.”- Walter Anderson

    1. You can write about it on the internet
    2. You can go make something happen, face a fear, beat a personal record, push yourself, achieve something and then talk about that on the internet.

I always do the second option. I got up at 4, went to the gym, banged out a workout that would make anyone proud - pushed myself above and beyond, came back, logged it and then ran around trying to help girls who are scared to lift - to encourage them to try new things.

But at least I dont run around throwing sarcasm at people instead of contributing.
