Hi - I joined myfitnesspal at the beginning of April. I've had some back and leg issues and haven't been able to do much exercise for over a year. The pounds have come and I'm sick of it. I'm hoping this will help to give me some incentive. When you can't do much, you don't burn many calories!

    Hi, you might one to be careful with your back and legs when you work out...I'd check with my primary doctor on how much strength to put on your workout :) Good luck!

    :bigsmile: Good Luck, I understand, have worked very hard post long battle with a neur-muscular disease. So start out at your pace and just keep at it. Do listen to your body.Now able to do something 5 days in a row.

    Good luck, just stick with it and you will lose weight even with diet and light exercise.:happy:
