I have found a solution that works for me!

I just wanted to share this with everyone.

I live on Long Island, New York and work in construction as a job site medic. I have been working in Queens for the last 2 years on various sites and recently was transferred to Manhattan. That entails getting up at 4:30 in the morning, catching a train and not getting home until 5:30 at night. I am exhausted when I get home and sometimes barely have the energy to cook dinner, much less exercise. My job site is a good mile walk from the train station and I have decided to use the walks to and from the site as my daily exercise. Instead of being lazy and taking my time I power walk! It takes 15 minutes each way and burns about 120 calories (according to my pedometer). I think that is a win! I get two things accomplished at once and don't feel guilty when I get home.

Now I am curious how other people fit exercise into their day.
