So, I began the NRFLFW weight training routine 4 weeks ago (12 workouts - 3 each week, as recommended). I expected no noticeable results in body shape this soon, but I always measure and weigh monthly so yesterday I did that and here are my results:
Waist measurement was down .25"
Belly (widest part) measurement is down .75"
Hips are down .75"
Weight remaines the same (which is fine by me)
Upper arm increased by .25"
Aside from the drop in inches, I feel amazing - stronger and more capable.
Here's a big High-5 for the NRFLFW!! Looking forward to the 6-month results!! If you are considering a weight training reoutine, I highly recommend this book to you.
