I need input!!

Should I renew my BodyMedia Fit subscription for $7/mo or invest in a HRM?

I did BMF for 6 months free through Jenny Craig, it gave me how much I would burn a day, how my sleep was, how many steps I took-all good info but wearing the armband 24/7 was annoying and if I only wore it when I exercised, it wouldn't be accurate.

HRM, never had one but seems like it'd be what I want: calories burned during exercise…

Any advice??
