Does the walking at home program really work?

Did you get results with the walking at home program?how many calories do you burn?

    What kind of results? If you are concerned with weight loss, then diet should be your priority. Any movement will help to speed it along. If you want to preserve muscle mass, then you should do some strnegth training 2-3 times a week as well.

    I started with Walk Away the Pounds in December and it was the catapult I needed to get moving. I was 260 when I started and walking on pavement was and is still very hard on my knees and hip. I burn a lot of calories do the workouts.

    I'm mainly concerned with weightloss and I'd like to do this program as a form of working out in order to speed up my metabolism.
