Newly discovered favorites...

What are some of your favorite foods you've only recently discovered since trying to eat healthy/lose weight? Something you think will continue to be a staple in your diet long after you've entered the maintenance phase.

For me it's Aldi's Fit and Active Sesame Ginger salad dressing. Just tried it the first time on my dinner salad and I LOVE this stuff!

Also Greek yogurt..... yummmyyy
