Hi!
I've recently got back into running and i'm going to invest in a new pair of running trainers and there are two pairs that I like the look of and that seem pretty good, but I was wondering if there were any experienced runners out there that could possibly shed some light on which pair to go for!
The two pairs i'm looking at are:
- Nike Anodyne Shield
and
- Nike LunarGlide Plus 3
Any advice or info on which pair are best will be much appreciated!
Thank you

No experience with either shoe. The best is to go somewhere and get a gait analysis / shoe fitting. This will help you get a good shoe for you.
Best is to buy from somewhere that will allow you to return / exchange after running in them a few times. Then you know if they are causing you pain.0
