Hi, Manhatten chowder is pretty healthy from the start. I will attach a link to a good one. W do not eat much potatoe so I substitute califlower for that, and canadian baco for regular baco, eight pounds of clams is about 3 cans of boiled clams (I live in Colorado, I have no idea what fresh sea food is. LOL). Now remember that Manhatten is more of a soup not thick. I know that you cant click this link so run a search on food network.
As far as your cod, cut it up into chunks and just add it to the soup. This could be seid to be more of a cioppino, but it realy dosn't matter in the end as they will both tast great.
