Getting through pneumonia

Hi everyone! I've been on MFP and at the gym for a year now. I've lost 30 pounds, 10% body fat and am in the healthy zone. I've been on maintainance for 7 months. I love weight lifting and have really toned my body. I was diagnosed with pneumonia (both lungs) last week and am in recovery. My weight is staying the same through diet but my jeans are getting looser. Am I losing muscle? I've worked so hard to be where I'm at! I'm off work for 2 more weeks and exercise is out of the question. Any advise for keeping muscle without exertion? Help!!!

Congrats on the 30 lbs! I wouldn't worry about working out until you're back in good health. Pneumonia is nothing to mess with. Listen to your body and follow your doctor's instructions. Good luck and good health!0
