What are the best exercises for arms?

I have a real problem with my arms!

Not just about how they look, but they have always been my weak spot!

Cardio-wise... I am of good fitness. It takes a lot for me to get out of breath and I recover super fast. My legs are also pretty strong. I do lot's of walking and standing in general and my legs can take a lot. I have strong abs too.

My arms always seem to let me down though when I work out. They are the first muscles that want to give up on me. I have never EVER done a press up. I even struggle to do lady press ups on the knees and ones on the wall. There just seems to be a big contrast in strength between my arms and other areas of my body.

My query is, how can I improve the strength in my arms? Anything other then weights (Im already using them)

My arms are also the first place I seem to put on weight. In general I got a lot of arm hate as you can tell =P

Any arm exercises you guys would recommend would be great! Thank you!

Anything weight bearing, really. Continue to work on the wall push-ups. What exercises are you doing with weights? I'd recommend getting a bar and doing bench press. I know it mostly works your chest, but your arms are definitely involved. If you can't press the bar, start with dumbbells. Military press would be good as well. You could do skull crushers, curls, French press, etc., but I think I'd start with the bigger lifts.

You're already using weights so just keep at it. To increase strength you need to push yourself to increase the weight regularly. Give it time and it will come.

Same with push-ups, do as many as you can. Then next work out try to better that. Bench pressing will
also assist in developing strength in your chest muscles that will assist in push-ups.
