Amazing tool MFP is. A year ago I would have said this kind of transformation was beyond me and I was destined to be heavy the rest of my life with me slowly creeping towards 300+ lbs. A year ago I was 285 lbs and today I'm 228 lbs. I'm not done yet but only but I'm to a very good weight and have control once again over my weight and fitness.

    What type of exercising do you do?

    I do the elliptical every morning before work. I haven't missed a day since July 2. I also sacred running when the weather allows.
