Has anyone tried this before? I need to get some cardio in and spinning is out for me.

I've done it a lot this past year. It's not my favorite class at the gym, but it's not unpleasant (I hate spinning, personally) and a great calorie burn for me.0

it's fun. It's recommended to give the class at least 5 tries before ruling it out. You have to learn the moves and don't worry about what you look like. And don't stare at others. It's fun once you get the moves down!

I hate spinning also!!! Thanks everyone I'm considering boxfit too, I'd love to be at the same level as my brothers punching wise lol0

I've done it several times and it's not my favorite cardio class, but it's not the worst. I much prefer Bodystep or a good Zumba. Any class can be good or bad, though, depending on the instructor and the music.0
