Does this lifting routine look good?

I met with my newly hired PT today for our first session after my fitness assessment. I am currently trying to burn fat (aren't we all:)

Does this program look sufficient for a beginner?

Goblet Squats, holding 30lb dumbbell (Squat rack./bars were taken)
Lunges with 12lb weights
Bench Press, 55lbs
Tricep Pull Down Machine, 27.5lbs
Seated Row, 55lbs
Planks (2/45 seconds)

She had me pyramiding. Usually 3 sets, 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps.

I am female, 36 YO, with body fat somewhere around 33% ( I have measured between 33-36%)

Thank you for any answers!

It looks okay. Will she have you do different exercises and rep ranges for your next workout? For example
    step-ups 12-15 reps per set
    Incline dumbbell bench 12-15 reps
    Lat pulldowns 12-15 reps
    dumbbell tricep ext 12-15 reps
    ab work.

She said we were going to do a circuit on Friday. I think ot will be close to the same, since I work with her twice a week and then on my own on Sundays.
    Thanks for replying!

Looks solid. I'm assuming 3-4 days per week?
