Hello New to this site.

Hi I've been on this web site for about 7 days, I'm working out everyday as well as I'm tracking EVERYTHING I'm eating, I'm finding it difficult to find recipes to eat that are high in CAl and low is fat and sugar..any suggestions. I need to loose 15 points. I feel uncomfortable. My husband and I have both done P90X off and on. I've starting running on the treadmill and surprised myself and ran for 20 minutes..(without stopping and dying)lol I have arthritis in my hip and feet, from damaging the joints when i was VERY active when I was young. I'm now 43.. I hope to connect with others in the same situation..:smooched:

    Don't worry about eating the "good fats"... Avocado, nuts, olive oil, peanut or almond butter, coconut oil..... in fact you need them in your diet. Just eat in moderation and within your macro's.
