Hi!

So, to be completely honest, I forgot that I had signed up on here lol.... but nonetheless, here I am!!

A little about me... I'm 29 yrs old.... 5'7" and currently weigh in at 205-209 (my weight always fluctuates a few lbs)... my measurements are (as of the wk of 2/18) are right bicep-12.5chest-37.25, waist-37, hips-48, right thigh-26, and right calf-15.5
I'm not trying to get thin... I am latina so I love having curves and being thick... I just want to lean down a little and build more muscle

Background: i once weighed 260 after i had kids, dropped down to 190 YES I KNOW!!!!!! That took me almost 2 yrs. And just recently some bad things happened in my life and put me into a real bad state of depression for about 2 and half yrs and i got up to 225 :(

In late Oct of 2012 i realized what was happening and started to snap out if it. I changed my diet and started eating clean and also working out on and off. I have been extremely strict on my diet the whole time but my dedication to working out is on and off. So far in the past 4 mths i have lost about 18-20 lbs...

Just recently I am trying harder to be more dedicated to my workouts. I think i have my diet/nutrition down tight. I would love to go back down to 190 by Oct 2013 if not sooner.

p.s. my schedule is kind of crazy... i work full time from 7-3:30, and then i have a part time every night from 6-8. I ususally get home aronud 9 and that's my time to make sure the kids have done their homework.

When I'm motivated to work out, i usually get up at 5 and work out at home for 45 mins to an hr or when i get home from my full time.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome :)

    Thank you!

I do get discouraged sometimes when I see the girls at work drop weight so fast with all these fad diets and products and here I am like a tortoise.. lol but I know I'm doing it the "right way" and I will eventually get where I want to be.... slow and steady wins the race as the moral says
