If you drain the juice out of soup and replace it with water how much Sodium do you think I can cut out? It tastes too salty anyway but I like to track it.

Same with fruit and Sugar.

Sounds backwards. You can buy no-salt added broth and make your own delicious soup full of veg and lean meats and beans, lentils, quinoa etc.

I agree. Why buy/make something, then do a bunch of doctoring. Just start with something that has lower sodium to begin with.

I want to use what i have in the cubbard. I'm going to buy stuff to make otherwise.

the answer, then, is "no idea"

just do the above plan, and don't worry about your sodium level for that day. even if it's too high, one day won't kill you.
