Kettle bells

So i did my first kettle bell class lastnight, I really enjoyed it (apart from doing it in 30 degree heat) its a really good work out!

I did find how ever that i now have to massive lump on my wrists that are quite painful, Has anyone else had this experience?

I also didn't know how to log it, I just put it as strength training..what would you do?
