Skunked

Two dogs, both sprayed :grumble: , is tomato my only option? My poor little dog got it so bad she was foaming at the mouth - it was awful. My mother suggested lemon juice by the SO said that was 'retarded', yes they get along so well. Tell me any secret to get rid of the smell. Also, she foamed all over my blankets on my bed, and I washed them but there is a lingering smell, any one have a suggestion for that?

By the way my cat went outside as well, he was smart enough to avoid the skunk.

We've got lots of skunks in our area...

1 quart 3% hydrogen peroxide
1/4 cup baking soda
1 tablespoon dish soap

Tomatoes and lemons don't do anything.

32 oz of Hydrogen Peroxide, 1/2 cup baking soda and 2 teaspoons dishsoap. Work on my dog great!
