Body Fortress has significant amounts of creatine, if that matters to you. I don't want to go bald so I don't take creatine (srsly).

It does have some, but not really a significant amount...

The whey isolate is $21 a tub, the Whey protein is like $15 a tub.

    I think it's like 3 grams a serving.

I like Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (all flavors) and Max Muscle Iso-X (all flavors) because they are awesome in flavor and made from whey isolates and BCAAs without all the fillers and lower quality protein that Wal-Mart powders are famous for.

And I personally think Body Fortress tastes like chalk.

I like Swanson Vitamins Whey Protein Powder. 20 grams of protein in a scoop at 90 calories. It has 0.5 grams of fat, and it has no artificial or natural sweetener. It mixes really well, and you can add it to just about anything and not know it's there. It only cost $24.99 for about 2 pounds.
