What to eat when I can't cook?

I have just started using this site and forum, and I just figured out my TDEE. I relocated due to my boyfriend getting a new job, but we had to pick up and move. So we are currently in a nice hotel, but there aren't any kitchens or microwaves in the rooms.
Breakfast I can order from room service. What do I do about lunch and dinner??i was going to Paneras, but their food is too high in sodium. I need some dinner ideas please. Should I just order chicken and veggies at places like Ruby Tuesdays or Outback? This is frustrating.

How long will you be there? Or how long until you have access to a microwave or a kitchen? Not sure if you can switch but some hotels have either common kitchens or suites that contain a small kitchen.
You could go to the store and get a few things to make meals at the hotel. Does it have a mini fridge in the room? If it does, grab some tortillas, bagged cut up lettuce/salads, and some precooked chicken, or deli meats. Make a salad with chicken on it. Put some lettuce/salad into a toritlla with some chicken or deli meats. You could make oatmeal if you have a kettle or coffee maker. Make sandwiches with deli meats and bagged salads/lettuce/spinach. Grab a cheap knife and cutting board and cut up veggies and fruits for snacks. Tons of things you can do! You can still make healthy meals even without a kitchen.
If the room doesn't have mini fridge, use containers and put food in a cooler if you can get one or have one. Refill when needed with ice from the hotel. Or just go to the store and get what's needed for that meal plus whatever is fine not being in the fridge.0
