Hey guys!! I know that losing weight and dieting can be hard and frustrating sometimes, I remember the last time I tried to lose weight, I was miserable and unhappy... causing me to stress out and eventually give up and gain all of my weight back. This time with the help of this amazing app I am so motivated to eat right and exercise! I've lost 15 pounds in a little over 7 weeks. I feel great and I'm beginning to look great!
My secret is that I allow myself to eat whatever I want!!! The key is to eat in moderation! Good Luck guys! You can do it!!!

I agree, everything in moderation! Since discovering MFP, I have lost 46lbs. It may have taken 20 months to lose, but the main thing is I have kept the weight off and now only have 14lbs to go! You have done really well, 15lbs in 7 weeks is great! Keep it up!0
