I admit that I am not 100% consistent, but I am slowly changing things.
I think that's probably more of the issue. Calorie creep is easy to do when you're not being consistent. Just to average 1 Lb per week weight loss you have to have a 500 calorie per day deficit from maintenance. If I'm not consistent and grab a small handful of my favorite roasted nuts and don't log it...that's 260 calories right there...I've just cut my deficit in half. Doing that consistently is going to result in little to no weight loss.0
