I'm new...

I decided I wanted a change...
Prior to having my son (who is now three) I was in good shape. I was content with myself (not like I couldn't lose a pound or two but I wasn't overly concerned). Once I got pregnant I kept jogging and eating good. Then I was in not one but two car accidents while in my last tri-mester. I had to stop jogging and basically stay off my feet as much as possible. Once my little guy arrived I went right back to jogging, doing crunches and trying every diet possible to lose the weight. I went from 105 to 135 - 140 when he was born. After a few weeks I got myself down to 120 and then 115. After that I have been at a complete stand still. Some weeks I fluxuate too. I've gotten back up to 120 and then lose a couple of pounds and gain it right back again. I do not care if I weight 105 again but I would at least like to be 110 or under. I know my biggest problem is the way I eat. I don't eat a lot but most of it is junk (pizza, chips, etc). I figured if I joined my fitness pal and was keeping track of what I ate and the amount of calories that I would be more careful. I am now holding myself responsible for what I eat and how much I exercise.

I've been eating pretty well this week and going outside (now that it's nice) to run, plus I've added the 30 day shred to my workouts. Jillian has been kicking my butt!!! I feel good afterwards though...
