How Do I join a group?

Looking to join the Fitbit topic group. I'm very internet, and iPhone and tech savvy.....but for the life of me can't find anywhere to either join, or ask to join, or comment. I must be completely blind but I don't find any instructions. I've even searched on "join a group" and it tells me how to invite people to MY group!!! Whaaaaaaaat?!
