Favorite form of HIIT?

Hey, I hope most of you are using a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training) if your goal is to lose bodyfat. If so, what protocol do you follow? I use Peak 8, but also like Tabata.

    I am addicted to the Les Mills classes that my gym has. Body Attack and Cardio Sculpt. It's group classes but sorta like having a personal trainer. Can you recommend something else for me to try?

    I really love the Turbo Fire HIIT classes,I think HIIT25 is my fav. I also tried some of the HIIT from Blogilates but she is a little too advanced for my fitness level I can't keep up LOL
