help i need a work schedule>

hi i'm just getting back on track got my gym membership and everything but i'm just lost i don't know what to do there its so overwhelming. i just want some toning and cardio tips... i really cant pay a personal trainer...

    If you own an iphone, there are apps like Fitness Builder (just off the top of my head, don't know if it's the best) that can help you create a customized workout.

    Biggest thing is do whats comfortable for you. I mix it up between riding a bike, doing the treadmill and elliptical. Biggest thing is I try to do at least 40 minutes of cardio 4-5 times per week. Like the previous post stated there are plenty of apps out there that can help also. Don't be afraid to try something new. If you don't like it just don't do it again. Last thing you want to do is make going to the gym a chore or not like what you are doing. Thats when you make excuses to not go. Good luck!!!!!!!!
