Marinades

Ok, so somtimes I like to make my own marinades for chicken breast, steaks etc. I was wondering if anyone else does this and how do you go about tracking your calories and such. Example is that if a 1tbs of marinade is 15 calories do you just track that or some of the calories. I do understand the calories are low, but since your making a marinade your really not consuming that but if you decide to use alot more then the number can really increase. I hope, I explained that well enough.
Any thoughts or suggestions would grealy be appreciated. Thank and good luck.

I usually go about halvsies on the calories depending on how much is left over at the end. For example - the entire recipe was 400 calories - there were 4 pieces of chicken - so 50 calories a serving.0
