Ok.... So I've been working hard eating well and doing my crunches...can't do sit ups yet because of my neck.... But is there any thing I can do with a neck injury to get this belly fat gone? Anything? All ideas are graciously accepted...

CARDIO! CARDIO! CARDIO! no amount of crunches and sit ups will get you a flat stomache or visible definition if you have fat covering your abs... So to burn the fat, eat right and CARDIO! Jogging etc...0

WRONG.. for the love of --- don't listen to that person! Strength training PLUS cardio is the only way. No point in doing hours and hours of cardio to end up skinny fat with rolls.. you gotta gain MUSCLE. More muscle = more calories/fat burned when you exercise.
Go lift heavy0 -
As far as heavy lifting I can't do much because my shoulders are weak.... but the therapy is slowly working so i should be able to start lifting this summer...0

I agree with cardio not working, at least - not for me. However, I recently read that if you can calculate your zone (what your heart rate needs to be while exercising) you can target fat while doing cardio - so slow and easy, not intense - remember burning calories obviously burns fat tho).
I have lost EVERYwhere but the belly remains
I did some Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, but still got a belly.
My new routine will consist of eating breakfast, eating more fruits/veggies/clean and avoiding bad carbs/wheat - according to wheat belly "rules"
I am going to exercise in my zone.
Aaaand that's all I got for now. I am trying to find some women that actually lost their belly or at least got it flatter! I think my belly button measurement is like 36 or 37" :,( I just want to succeed without it being so difficult.
I LIKE working out and eating right but sheesh!0 -
To get rid of belly fat watch your carb intake less fruit more vegetables a bit extra protein if you are still hungry. All exercise is good ,you might look for more core strength related exercise and remember to stretch those belly muscles after you are done good luck!0
